Your journey with SAR starts well before you board our trains, which is why we have Lounges available at the majority of our North & East stations, where you can relax in comfort and style before you travel.
All of our lounges include complimentary food and beverages, and are available for customers to access up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure time.
Complimentary Lounge access is included for all Business Premium and Private Cabin Premium passengers, and Lounge access can be added as an extra by Business and Private Cabin ticket holders online, via our app or at the station ticket office.

- Infants will be permitted free access to the Lounge with an accompanying Adult.
- No refunds are permitted on pre-purchased lounge access
- No refunds will be permitted, where a voluntary upgrade has been made to a higher class or travel or ticket type which includes complimentary lounge access.
- Any modifications made to a customer’s booking (date of travel, class of travel, ticket type, and departure / arrival station, passenger type) which includes pre-purchased lounge access will be carried forward to the new booking. Modification fees will apply in accordance with the ticket type held.
