If you have lost something on one of our trains or at one of our stations, we will do our best to reunite you with your property.

Please contact any member of staff onboard the train or at the station, as soon as you realise you have left something providing a clear description of the item that is missing, along with your full name, contact details and the service you were travelling on.
Any property found on a train is handed in and kept at the station where the service terminates. Items may take up to 24 hours to reach our lost property offices if found.
Once you have identified the property as yours, it cannot be put back on a train for security reasons, so you will need to collect it from that station.  Please remember to bring ID to confirm that the lost item belongs to you.
We’ll always do what we can to find any lost items on our trains and at stations; however we are not liable for lost or stolen luggage.
